The brochure is 5Mb which takes about a minute to download on a standard 2Mb broadband connection. It’s a PDF file, so it requires the Adobe Reader, which will automatically open in a new pop-up window.

Please note that rates include exclusive use of the whole Fustic property, including the 11 acre private estate, gardens and tropical lagoon swimming pool. There is beach access from the estate and the use of a Zippa speedboat.
The estate sleeps up to 14 guests in seven suites of luxury accommodation and has a staff of 14 to cater for your every need. Food and drink are billed at no mark-up.
Summer rates 2011 : $3,500 US per night.
Winter rates 2011/12 : $4,750 US per night.
Christmas/New Year : $8,500 US per night.
Summer rates 2012 : $3,750 US per night.
All rates + 8.75% VAT. Minimum 7 nights.
